If you share any comments, testimonials, photos, or materials on our website, in our online spaces (including Facebook groups or Flodesk replies), you agree that we may use this content in our communications and marketing, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
You retain ownership of your content, but grant us permission to use it in alignment with our values and with care.

You may be invited to leave a review after purchasing or attending a session. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience and avoid discriminatory, aggressive, or false claims. We reserve the right to moderate and publish reviews at our discretion.
6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
In-person sessions: Fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another date if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Digital offerings: Due to their nature, refunds are not available unless stated otherwise.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
7. PAYMENT & SECURITY
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the terms of those providers.
Please ensure your billing details are accurate at checkout. If payment fails or is reversed, your access may be revoked until the issue is resolved.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Unless we are in a formal 1:1 client agreement, your participation in group events or courses is not confidential. Please share responsibly and respect others’ privacy when engaging in community spaces.

All materials are offered for educational and self-development purposes only. No content on this site or in our Offerings is intended as medical, financial, or legal advice.
