Rhythma is a holistic movement practice for women, weaving breath, grounding, and simple guided sequences with moments of freedom to express your own rhythm. It’s more than exercise, it’s a circle of sisterhood where body, mind and spirit reconnect

If you’ve ever longed to feel more connected in your body, calmer in your mind, and supported in community, Rhythma is for you. This isn’t a rigid fitness class or a performance, it’s a holistic movement practice that weaves together breath, simple guided sequences, and moments of freedom. Once you step into the circle, you’ll discover how movement can become a ritual that grounds you, energises you and helps you remember your own natural rhythm.

kind words from tHE foUNDING sISTERS OF rHYTHMA

“I didn’t know what to expect, but within minutes I felt at ease. The space was warm, supportive, and alive with laughter. I realised that sometimes what I need most is not just movement, but the feeling of being seen and welcomed..”

— Dixie

“Between the music and the flow, we paused to breathe. Those quiet moments gave me more peace than I expected, like I had permission to let go of everything I was holding. I left lighter, calmer, and ready to face the rest of my week.”

—Heather

"A warm friendly class with a wonderful teacher and group of lovely ladies.

I find the balance of quiet meditation, energetic sequence 0f movements following the cycle of life and ending with yoga is the perfect balance for me.

Thank you Farah for inspiring us all with your enthusiasm  and passion"

— Ann

“There was something beautiful about being guided by the seasons, the moon, and the cycles of life. It didn’t feel heavy or forced, just a reminder that I’m part of something bigger. Moving in rhythm with nature made me feel grounded and whole.”

— Jane

HEY,
I’m
farah!

My love for movement and rhythm has been with me for as long as I can remember. Some of my most treasured memories are of dancing, breathing, and moving freely, feeling the way music and rhythm can bring us back home to ourselves.

Over the last four years I’ve shared BellyFit with women in my community, holding space for connection, joy, and release. That journey has now blossomed into Rhythma — a practice that weaves together breath, movement, stillness, and sisterhood.

My passion is to create spaces where women of all ages can move with freedom, feel grounded in their bodies, and connect in community. Rhythma is the next step in that mission: a circle where body, mind, and spirit come together through rhythm, ritual and joy.

ALL.YOU.NEED.IS.YOU!

Do i need to be a dancer?

Not at all. Rhythma isn’t about performance or learning choreography. The movements are simple, guided, repeated and easy to follow, like flowing through a gentle sequence. Your body will remember them naturally, and you’ll always have space to move in your own way.

Do I need to be spiritual?

You don’t need to follow any tradition or belief. Rhythma is not a religion, it’s not dogma, it’s simply movement, breath, and connection with the rhythm of life. Some sessions may draw inspiration from Human Design, the moon, the seasons, the elements or ancient archetypes, but always as inspiration, never as instruction - open for you to take in your own way

Do I need to be fit or flexible?

No. Rhythma welcomes every body, just as it is. Movements are guided with care and can be adapted to your own pace. It’s not about how far you can stretch or how fast you can move - it’s about how present  and embodied you feel in your body.

Do I need to know anyone?

You can come with a friend, a sister, a mother or come on your own with courage. Either way, you’ll be warmly welcomed. The circle itself is a sisterhood and many women find connection and friendship here, even on their very first visit.

Do I need to bring anything special?

Just yourself, comfortable clothes, a mat and water, That’s it. The rest…the rhythm, the breath, the stillness and the sisterhood, will meet you here.

The secret is simple…

when you DANCE with the rhythm of life, you REMEMBER yourself!
